Yes. We are an authorized retailer of officially licensed Adidas, New Balance, On and Puma footwear and apparel. Every pair is an original, first-release product and ships in its original box or packaging.

How does the free size exchange work?

Every order includes one free size exchange. Email us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll send a prepaid return label. Once the unworn pair arrives back in its original, undamaged box, we ship your new size.

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5-8 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Check the Size Guide on any product page. It includes US, EU, UK, and CM conversions for Adidas, New Balance, On and Puma, which size differently. Unisex styles are listed in men's sizing. If in doubt, order your usual size: the first exchange is free.

Yes. Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is deducted from the refund unless the item is defective or the error is ours.
