These terms and conditions govern your use of ogsneakersco.com and any purchases made through this website. The website is operated by OG Sneakers Co LLC, 201 NW 22nd Ave, Unit 100, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311 ("we", "us", "our").

We are an authorized retailer of officially licensed footwear and apparel. We are not the official store of Adidas, New Balance, On, Puma, Miu Miu, or any other brand.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

All products are original, officially licensed merchandise sold in the original box or packaging. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to:

• Update prices at any time without prior notice
• Correct pricing errors. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel
• Limit quantities per customer
• Discontinue any product without notice

Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual color of the products.

A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in product or pricing information
• Suspected fraudulent orders
• Orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment card details. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full delivery details. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions or force majeure events.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Every order includes one free size exchange. In addition, you may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. In summary:

• One free size exchange per order with a prepaid return label, on unworn items in the original undamaged box or packaging, requested within 30 days of delivery
• Refunds on unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery; return shipping is deducted from the refund unless the item is defective or the error is ours
• Worn items, items with a missing or damaged box, or items with removed tags cannot be returned or exchanged
• Items flagged as clearance are final sale

To start an exchange or return, contact us by email before the 30-day period expires. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for the full procedure.

Products are covered by the manufacturer's standard product warranty. If a product is found to be defective or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

For defects that appear within the first 30 days after delivery, we will provide a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your data as described therein.

If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida for any legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
