DELIVERY & SHIPPING
1. PROCESSING TIMES
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed the following business day
- Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays
2. SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods such as major releases and holidays.

3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
- We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states)
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are supported for Standard Shipping only
- International shipping is not available at this time
4. ORDER TRACKING
- A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order ships
- Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed off
5. IMPORTANT NOTES
- OG Sneakers Co LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation by the carrier
- If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We can assist with filing a claim after 5 business days from delivery confirmation
- During major release periods and holidays, processing and delivery times may be extended
- Shipping charges on Express and Priority orders are non-refundable
